Congrats! We will be in touch about your prize.

Thanks to everyone for reading along each day. We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season and here’s hoping 2011 is your best year ever!

PS–had lots of requests from folks to see Zina’s winning The End comment, so I’ve copy and pasted it here for those who didn’t see it the first time. :)

As the three lovers snuggled in for a nap after their explosive lovemaking both Sam and Kade showed Kiara with their soft kisses and gentle caresses just what they thought of their gifts.
Sleepily Kiara said ” Nothing could make tonight more special then spending it with the two men I love.” , she snuggled up more against Sam and pulled Kade up closer to her back.
Sam and Kade exchanged a glance and Kade nodded to Sam and slipped off the bed behind Kiara.
“Hey!” mumbled Kiara.
“Ssshh,” whispered Sam as Kade strode over to retrieve a small box Kiara hadn’t noticed sitting in the corner, “we only have one gift for you Kia, but it’s from both of us and it’s a gift from our hearts.”

Kiara and Sam sat up as Kade walked back to the bed. God, Kade has a body made for sin, Kiara thought as she watched him, she pulled the sheet up to cover her breasts as she looked at Sam and thought he too had a body the God’s would envy. how lucky she was to have these two men who were not only beautiful on the outside but beautiful on the inside where it really counted.
Kiara turned back towards Kade as he sat on the edge of the bed next to Kiara and Sam, Sam moved over to sit on the edge of the bed and pulled Kiara to sit in between them, effectively divesting her of the sheet in the process, so they were all in their most natural state as nature intended.
Kiara fidgeted and gave a nervous giggle as both Sam and Kade kissed her on the lips then sank to bended knee on the floor in front of her.
Kade placed the gifted wrapped box in her hands, “There’s only one thing that could make this night any more exceptional, open it.”
As Kiara hesitated as she started unwrapping the gift Sam continued,”It’s one gift but it has three parts, three parts that work as one.”
Kiara stopped just before lifting the lid and looked at both Kade and Sam and they both looked back at her with love shinning in their eyes and on their faces, little crooked smiles and all, as they waited for her to continue.
“Go ahead babe, I promise you’ll love it.” Kade said as he caressed her thigh as if lending her some courage. Sam reached over and brushed his hand down her cheek and whispered, ” I love you Kia.”
As Kiara lifted the lid she gasped as she looked at three white gold wedding bands nestled in the red satin lining.
The one in the middle had a gorgeous 1/2 carat heart shaped Ruby with a smaller diamond on each side near the bottom of the heart. There was a very slim band that would be worn with the engagement ring and it had Celtic scrolls engraved along the band. The other two bands, man sized of course where each engraved with the same Celtic scrolls and they each also had a very small Ruby with a small diamond on either side, small stones embedded in the ring.
With tears in her eyes she looked at Sam and Kade. Kade reached in and took out the rings handing one of them to Sam.
“Kiara.” Kade said,”there is only one thing that can make me any happier tonight and that’s if you will do me the honor of marring Sam and I.”
‘Yes,: said Sam,”Kiara will you also honor me by marring Kade and I?”
“Yes! Oh God Yes!” Kiara said and Kade slipped the engagement ring on her finger and gave her a kiss on the lips that warmed her heart. Then Kade placed Sam’s ring on his finger and kissed him as well. Then Sam gave Kiara a kiss then another one because he just couldn’t help showing her how happy he was, then he placed Kade’s ring on his finger and sealed his love with a kiss.
” I was hoping you’d agree Kia,” Kade said, “I’ve arranged for the Ceremony in the morning when Sam will add the wedding band to our engagement ring. I – we hope you like it. We chose a ruby heart because you’re our heart and the diamonds on each side are for us as we stand by your side for eternity.”
Sam continued, “We had smaller stones put in our matching rings to stand for the three of us with you in the middle, always surrounded by our love. The entwined scroll work signifies how we are are a unit, a family entwined forever as one even though we are three.”
Kiara brushed at her tears and gave them each a kiss and whispered, ” I love you, I love you both and you were right, this is the only thing that I could think of that could make this night any more special. Now let’s take a nap before I keel over for joy.”

Sales and Freebies!

Posted in Jess Dee on December 26, 2010 by Jess Dee

Christmas is over and Boxing Day upon us. Which means one things: SALES BEGIN!

I’m not sure if it’s the same all over the world, but here in Australia, Boxing Day brings with it the start of a month long buying spree.

The shops throw open their doors with bright red “SALE” signs in the windows. Massive lines begin forming outside Myer, one of the major department stores in Oz, long before the sun even rises.

This year reporters are saying retailers are hoping to rake in $15 billion worth of sales. That’s a whole heck of a lot of sales!

But…what if you’re a real bargain hunter? What if you’re one of those people who prefer getting goodies…FOR FREE?

Well, that’s where I can step in and help. You see, it just so happens I have a goodie to give to you for free.

A book. A very sexy, very hot book.

And all you need to do to get it is click on one of the following links:

AMAZON or  BARNES AND NOBLE

Yes, for the next few weeks, GOING ALL IN, Book one in the Three of a Kind Series, is being offered as a free read on both Kindle and Nook.

And you know what the exciting part is? How many people out there received Kindles and Nooks for Christmas! (Nope, I don’t have figures, but I would love to know.)

If you are one of those lucky people, you can download the book ASAP. If not, do not despair. Kindle has all sorts of apps for PC, Mac, iPad, iPhone…you can still download the book for free. (Er, yeah. I’m one of those who has a different e-reader, but I’ve downloaded the book onto my Mac. And my iPhone. And my hubbie’s iPad – just because I can!)

One of the nice things about Going All In is that revolves around New Year’s Eve, which makes this a perfect time of year to read the book. Want to know a little more about it before you go all out and click to download it?

Here’s the blurb:

GOING ALL IN

(Three of A Kind, Book 1)

The higher the stakes, the harder they fall—in love.

Julia Savage’s weekly poker games are tearing her apart. She’s in love with two of her fellow card players, and much as she’d like to pick and confess her true feelings to one man, she won’t. Not if it means risking the love of the other.

Hunter Miles has wanted Julia for four months, and he’s about to deal a hand she couldn’t see coming. He’s determined to give her a New Year’s Eve celebration she never expected. He’s going to seduce her—in front of his friend and rival for her affections, Jay Baxter. But Jay’s not willing to lay down his cards. He’s going after Julia too, and he’s not above bluffing to get what he wants. Either way, one of them is going to win her over.

Unless they change the rules of the game. If they double up, there’s a chance they can split the pot…

Warning: This book contains two hunky heroes, a heroine worth betting on, sizzling hot three-way action (m/f/m and m/m/f), a whole lot of unexpected fireworks and a New Year’s Eve to remember.

Posted in Uncategorized on December 23, 2010 by maricarr

Here’s a twist…for our holiday story we’re asking you…the readers…to write the ending, the happily ever after. It doesn’t have to be long or complicated. Just wrap up our story with style! You have from now until Dec. 28 to write an ending. On Dec. 30, the IH authors will choose a winning ending and that person will win our grand prize.

What is this grand prize you ask? Well….it’s a reader’s extravaganza!

The person who writes the winning ending will receive a backlist ebook of their choosing from Jess Dee, Anne Rainey, Lila Dubois, JR Patrick, Lexxie Couper, Mari Carr, AND Rhian Cahill. In addition, the winner will get a copy of Jambrea Jo Jones’ Wishing Star (which releases on Dec. 20) and Jayne Rylon’s Star of Christmas (releasing Dec. 23).

Good luck to everyone and we can’t wait to see how this all ends!

“A Bluetooth lazer keyboard? So fucking cool!” Kade said, eyes lighting up.

“And a USB port that looks like Darth Vader’s Helmet. Sweet!” Sam said, sitting up.

She felt their attention shift from sex to technology. “Uh, that not what I meant for you to open. Those are your actual presents. Give those back.”

“No, you gave us toys now let us play with them,” Kade said, sliding out from under her.

“If you open up your laptop…” she said straddling Sam to hold him down. The situation was devolving rapidly. Kade’s cute ass disappeared from the bedroom. This was the problem with dating super-rich sex-freaks—they’d made their billions in the computer tech industry and developed sex-freakery due to a lack of boob contact in their early 20’s. The problem was if you let them too anything with wires…

“Next year, wrap the damn sex toys in a different color wrapping paper so you don’t mix them up,” she muttered to herself.

Figuring Sam was happy—he was unpacking the toys—she jumped off him and frantically searched for the correct presents. Kade wandered back in balancing his slick black laptop on one arm, his already unpacked mini-projector keyboard in the other hand.

“Kiara beautiful, this is great; I’ve already got the program uploading,” he said.

“Let me see,” Sam demanded, looking up from his own box.

“Boys! I’m glad you like them, but that’s not actually what I wanted you to open,” she said, finding the correct boxes. She hopped back on the bed, once more straddling Sam.

“But, toys…” Sam said, holding up the Darth Vader head.

“I know,” she cooed, sticking out her chest so her breasts brushed his chest, grabbing the present with her other hand. As her nipples made contact he let go. Success!

She kissed Sam’s cheek, the corner of his mouth.

“Not without me,” Kade said.

Out of the corner of her eye Kiara saw him put the laptop down. When he rejoined them on the bed she handed the boys their (correct) presents. They once more ripped into the wrapping paper. This time she knew right away from the velvet boxes that they were the correct presents.

In tandem they lifted the lids.

Silence.

Kade was the first to lift the gift out. It was a glass dildo, the exact length and girth as Kade’s own cock.

“I had them custom made,” she said quietly. The air was growing thick, her words seemed to shimmer and hang. “They’re replicas of your cocks.”

Sam lifted his out. Inside each glass dildo were swirls of sparkling gold, red and silver.

“What are these for?” Kade asked, fingering the straps. Each dildo was fitted with straps that extended from the base. The two foot straps ended with loops—handles.

“I wanted something that would make us a unit, a way for you to be able to fuck each other…while still fucking me.”

“Greedy,” Kade said, grabbing her by the waist and kissing her neck. “Have I told you how much I like that about you?”

“How much we like that about you?” Sam added taking her hand and kissed up her arm.

“So if I’ve got this right,” Kade said, eyeing her, the dildos, and then Sam. “We could fuck you, put then dildos up each other’s ass, and then use the straps to fuck each other’s asses, while fucking you?”

“That was my plan,” she said breathily.

Kade tumbled her onto her back. “Are you too sore to try this tonight?”

“She’d better not be,” Sam said from behind Kade, “and you’d better not be either.”

Wishing Star

Posted in Jambrea Jo Jones on December 20, 2010 by jambrea

Merry Christmas to me! It is OUT!!!!!!!!

I have been waiting to share this book for a while now. It is very close to my heart and dedicated to Patric Michael. I wrote this book for him and his dream guy. ;) Hope you enjoy it!

Wishing on a Star might just bring you love.

Patric Mitchell wanted true love.

On Christmas Eve he wished on a star to find that special someone. If that someone happened to be his neighbour, Gabriel Vega he’d be even happier.

When his wish might come true will he take the chance at happiness?

Patric Mitchell drove into the night, down a winding dirt road. He slammed on the brakes when a stop sign appeared out of nowhere. Looking around the deserted area, he saw nothing but inky blackness.

“Who the hell put a stop sign here?”

The sound of his frustrated voice reverberated inside the car. He sighed and put his forehead on the steering wheel. It so wasn’t his night. Hell, it wasn’t his year. Good thing it was almost over.

Where was he going? He wished he knew. The only thought running through his head when he’d started this journey was to get away from his brothers and sisters. He hated the holidays with a fiery passion. He should have skipped out again this year and stayed home with a cold beer in front of the television, but his parents were getting up there in age and he wanted to spend as much time with them as he could before he couldn’t anymore. He had too many friends who had lost their parents recently and it had been a real eye opener for him. Not that anything was wrong with his parents, but he still worried.

Leave it to Pauly to fuck things up with his constant pestering. Just once couldn’t his brother leave his sex life out of the conversation? He didn’t flaunt the fact that he liked men—at least not to his family. They accepted him as he was, but it was something they didn’t talk about, at least he didn’t. Well unless his dick-head brother brought it up. The ass.

The car sputtered under him then stopped.

“Shit, god damn, fuck! Why me?” He hit the dashboard with his fist then turned the key willing the car to start again—to no avail. Just what he needed to make the night even better. Luck wasn’t on his side tonight.

At least he had his cell phone. A light at the end of the dark tunnel the night had turned into. He dug into his pocket. Good thing he’d charged it last night. He wondered how far he’d travelled and hoped help wouldn’t be too far away. Patric had been too distracted. Not paying attention to the roads. Not a good thing out in the middle of nowhere. He loved his parents’ place, but tonight he wished they lived in the city near a bus line or a place to catch a damn cab. A tow truck would probably take forever and he didn’t relish a long walk in the cold night.

He raised his head off the steering wheel when he finally found the phone. Patric flipped it open and pushed the on button. No bars. Damn it.

Patric threw the phone on the seat next to him and unbuckled himself. He slammed the door shut behind him with enough force to shake the vehicle. It felt good to release some of that anger because now he was pissed off even more. What was he going to do? He was miles from anywhere. No one knew where he had gone and it was ten below zero and dropping. It was all his own fucking fault. Him and his stupid tantrum. He wasn’t a teenager anymore. He’d do well to remember that. The only thing he could do now was count his blessings that the snow held off. He leaned against his car and contemplated walking back to his parents’. It didn’t sound any better now than it had two minutes ago. Patric pulled his coat around him and looked up into the sky.

“So beautiful,” he whispered in awe. It amazed him how lovely the sky could look on such a shitty night. No, that wasn’t it, it was amazing that he could find beauty when he was having such a bad night, but it took his breath away.
