I first met Bianca through her Alvian series. As a newcomer to reading romance but a long time sci-fi and fantasy addict, Bianca’s story hit the mark in all the right ways. The science? Plausible. The setting? Realistic. The romance? Tasty. The heat? Scorching.

I devoured Bianca’s backlist- and loved every minute of it. Can you say Dragons? Weres? For a new reader with a love of all things shifter, I’d found a writer I could truly adore.

And then I got to meet her.

You know how you picture what people should look like? Bianca was all that and more. We met at the Lori Foster event and she came and shared a few hours of her time with the members of International Heat. She shared about being a writer and all that it means. She shared herself and I think I adore her even more now. She’s not simply an extraordinary author, she’s one of the most sincere and generous people I’ve ever met.

Did I mention she can write? Hot steamy, make you have to go chug an icy glass or water or grab your man kinda steamy. And today she’s got another release out. I’ve had the privilege of reading this already and there is little more I can say than WOW.

I want to be Bianca when I grow up.

And because I’m silly, I asked Bianca a few questions and here’s what she had to share:

1. If you had to pick one style of shoes to wear for the rest of your life, which would it be?

Fuzzy slippers! My feet are cold all the time. Even in Summer. So I wear slippers pretty much all day in the house and now that I work from home… well, slippers are about all I wear, unless I’m going out of the house. I couldn’t function without my slippers!

2. You’re at the spa for the day. What treatment would you make your least favorite person to take? What ‘treatment’ do you get for yourself?

I like facials, even though they leave me all red and blotchy because I have super sensitive skin. So I’d do a facial and spend a lot of time in the relaxation room. My least favorite person would probably get a big Eastern European woman pounding on her back. Especially if the masseuse is named something like Brunhilde.

3. Werewolf verses vampire. Who would be the most likely to date a zombie?

If someone had to date the zombie, it would most likely be a vampire. I think. See, they’re both undead, but vampires tend to be a little more fastidious about their personal hygiene than zombies, so it would be tough to find a match. Of course, some randy werewolves will screw any piece of tail, so they might be more inclined after all.
